Goldmine Interviews David!
It’s a Beautiful Day – interview with David LaFlamme

It was so great to have you guys here... the show was fabulous... and the hang top drawer. As for me picking with you guys... anytime the time is right is good for me. Another time for sure... You take care, keep smiling... and we'll catch up down the road. - Jorma

THANK YOU both so much for coming to the Fur Peace Ranch and bringing with you a beautiful spirit........fantastic musicianship.....so many great songs.......many smiles.......and all your good energy. It was such a special day and the show with IABD.....well, as they say......it was like the best icing and the best cake you've ever tasted!!! I so enjoyed the show. I've been a fan of IABD and David's fine violin work since I was a kid. Never had a chance to see the band until this past weekend and boy am I glad I got that in. I also must add... Val is one of the greatest rock drummers to ever sit behind a kit!!! Everyone was so excellent in their playing but it was so much more then that. It felt like being with old friends you just met. Your show just knocked me out! The songs were played better then I remember them on the records and when you hear all of them in the context of a concert I realized how many great songs David wrote and they still are great songs. All respect to David and Linda.......the singing is a big part of the band's magic and you both have IT!!! You both.....along with the great folks you play with.......embody the spirit of the times you came from and that is not so easy to find in this day and age.......it was refreshing.....it was pure........it was joy. Thanks!!!! - John Hurlbut, Fur Peace Ranch Camp Manager
